Battery:

EU certified battery, lithium-ion, 24V, 125Wh. Sony cells.  

An option of a 168Wh battery is also available. Sony cells. 

Charging time :

2.30 hours for the 125Wh. 

4 hours for the 168Wh.


Battery autonomy : 

For the 125Wh battery, it has an average autonomy of 50km.

For the 168Wh battery, it has an average autonomy of 70km.


The autonomy rates are based on a rider of 70kg, riding on a constant slope of 2%, and the assistance level being set at 60% (3/5). The autonomy depends also on the wind, the landscape, the weight of the rider...


Charging the battery

To charge the battery you have to plug the charger to the battery, then plug the charger to a wall socket. The battery must always be turned off while being handled. It is possible to take the battery off of the bike by pulling on the silicone strap, remove the battery by pulling it towards you, unscrew the little ring underneath the battery and disconnect the battery from its cable. 


It is advised not to empty fully your battery as it affects its capacity. Also, it is recommended not to go over the recommendedcharging time. Leaving the battery connected to the charger constantly over consumes charging cycles.



Ahooga 36V

Battery :

4 hours.

It has an average autonomy of 70km.

Reconditionning 

At Ahooga, we offer battery reconditionning when it reaches the end of its life. It is more eco-friendly, but it is also cheaper than buying a new one. 

It is 279€ for a 5.2Ah to 5.8Ah reconditionning.

It is 349€ for a 5.2Ah to 7Ah reconditionning.

It is 299€ for a 7Ah to 8.7Ah reconditionning.
